Lead Account Manager, Corporate Sales

Full Time

Boomerang Digital is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of “Lead Account Manager, Corporate Sales” . We need someone who has a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines and good with people management. S/he should also be result oriented and a solution maker.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development and Strategy

  • Develop trusting relationships with a portfolio of major employers in retail, e-commerce & logistics, event management, restaurants & hospitality, computer & electronics etc. meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Recruit major employers to join and continuously use our service (Recruit Job seekers based on their preference).
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of major employer needs and requirements, and work with product managers to turn these needs into product features.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast with rigor on a daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, using Hubspot CRM to keep each customer record updated.

People Management

  • Hire, train and onboard new Sales Executives/Account Managers as required to meet growth targets.
  • Provide daily coaching and assistance to Sales Executives/Account Managers.
  • Ensure high motivation and morale amongst all Sales Executives/Account Managers.
  • Clearly set and communicate performance expectations and best practices to all Sales Executives/Account Managers.


  • Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product, process, or company policy changes.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role with positive references and demonstration of achieving targets.
  • Must have experience selling to large corporates (enterprise sales), including the full sales life cycle from prospecting, building pipeline, stakeholder management at an executive level, pitching and closing.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot) and practices and proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • High level of professionalism, including punctuality and reliability.
  • Flexible schedule, including the ability to work holidays and weekends.

Job Location:

  • Dhaka

Job Nature:

  • Contractual - Full Time
  • Work Hour - 5 Days a week. (Additionally 1 mandatory Saturday office in a month)


  • Salary Range: BDT 60,000 - 80,000 (Depending on Merit).
